Sculpted by Aimee is a rapidly growing cosmetics brand founded in 2016 by Makeup Artist Aimee Connolly.

After years of experience working within the industry, Aimee felt passionate about creating products that she felt were missing from the market - all in line with her ethos of making makeup easier.

This ethos also led to working with Duel, and the Sculpted Squad program was born.

Recognising that Sculpted superfans were talking about them online already, it was time to transform this advocacy into a powerful brand awareness machine. One that could make makeup easier for thousands of people.

This cruelty-free beauty brand believes looking and feeling our best shouldn't take hours to achieve, and are all about simplifying their makeup routines while evoking your inner glowing goddess in everything they do. 

Their program came to life following a thorough consultation process, where Duel delved into brand values such as the ones mentioned above, and explored what their authentic community should look like.  

The application-based program targets social creators, micro-influencers, experts and industry professionals in their existing customer base, who already love and advocate for the brand.

How the Sculpted Squad program works 

Brand fans apply to gain access to the Sculpted Squad, where successful applicants enter into a tiered program. relatioship icon

By completing tasks and progressing through tiers, members unlock commission opportunities, discounts, product vouchers as well as other rewards.

What Sculpted advocates see

When members log into the Sculpted Squad program they see:

  • Tasks tab: Opportunities for members to share their favourite Sculpted products, take part in social media trends and voice their opinions about new releases. A member just has to click on the task they want to complete.
  • Rewards tab: As members unlock new tiers and rewards - these will appear here automatically in the form of product vouchers that can be used straight away on the Sculpted website.
  • Home & Referrals tab: All the tiers within the program, and what it takes to unlock them, as well as a tally of the points a member has already collected. They can also see how much commission they’ve earned so far.
